I know that the Nvidia graphics driver package comes with PhysX, although I was getting 15-20 fps in borderlands (2 and pre-sequel) when I had Physx enabled. Yeah. Something's wrong. I went to Nvidia's Website and downloaded the standalone Physx driver just because there was a chance. Boom.
